What did you learn from Elias after working with him?

How important diet and rest are.I also learned that building muscle isn't just about moving heavy weight. I had some of the best workouts doing exercises I'd never done before that looked easy (like using the bands) but that had great results. I go back to these exercises a lot on my own because they flat out work. When I was younger I was a competitive athlete and thought I knew almost everything about exercise and weight lifting, and he has taught me A LOT! 

How would you describe working with Elias?

He's fun to work with.  He's encouraging and highly dedicated.   Elias is a very sincere person, and he makes the sessions fun.   He has faith in me and he pushes me hard - which I love!

 

How does Elias stand out from other trainers you have worked with?

He listened so carefully to what I wanted to accomplish and then he made a plan to 100% go after my goals.  He revisited my goals and our progress and continually adjusted our plan to get there.  He is the most motivating trainer I've ever had, and he has phenomenal knowledge about personal training.   Also, he is constantly reading and studying new techniques and nutrition.  Also, I've had a couple of injuries playing other sports and Elias has carefully studied how to modify our training plans to rehab and work on other goals during my recoveries.  An example of his sincerity,  is that he puts my interests before his and he's  encouraged me to take time off to heal and recover.   I've had great results training with Elias over the last year.
