What did you learn from Elias after working with him?

Form matters. Watch the trainers at any gym. Most don't focus on the small details of form. Elias does. As a result you aren't going to get injured and you're going to improve faster. You have to know which muscles you are trying to engage on each exercise. Form really matters. 

How would you describe working with Elias?

I look forward to my workouts. I know it's not going to be a beat-down or suffer session.  Some days there might me some suffering, but its to achieve a particular goal not to  make me like I have a long way to go. I walk into the gym excited and walk out feeling good about what I accomplished. 

How does Elias stand out from other trainers you have worked with?

Elias is meticulous in documenting the workout. This allows him to correctly create the next workout that builds on what I've done--there is no guess work. 

 

What do you like about training with Elias?

I always know that the workout he gives me is what I can do. If not he'll modify it. He is focused on making sure I am doing the maximum I'm able to do but not pushing me over it the limit of what I can do. He's not trying to make me suffer, he's trying to get me a large improvement in a short amount of time. 

How has Elias impacted your personal life after working with him?

When your muscles are strong you feel good, your posture improves and you feel more confident in what your body can do. It's just a natural result of getting stronger and healthier.
