What did you learn from Elias after working with him?

Elias is a great teacher. He taught me that working out is just not about losing weight or to run that marathon, its a way of life to achieve physical and mental well being. He is extremely patient and dedicated in teaching the right way to train. I have realized my self-perceived limitations and became more confident in working out regularly.

How would you describe working with Elias?

Elias kept me focused and dedicated. The results are inevitable. He makes me feel very comfortable and provides undivided attention during the sessions. He takes examples from his own experience and makes it much simpler for people like me to understand and follow. When I am working out with Elias, I am oblivious to the surroundings and have only one goal in my mind – to push myself to complete that one extra repetition.

 

How does working out with Elias compare to working out on your own ?

Elias keeps the workouts fresh. He adapts different workouts and methodologies to fit my needs and understands how my body reacts. He drives me to push myself by teaching the importance of discipline in my workouts. He made me more confident and knowledgeable to be able to work out independently.

 

What do you like about training with Elias?

I feel that Elias truly cares for my success. He tailors the workouts to fit my needs. He not only knows how my body reacts to various forms and workouts but is also aware of my self-perceived mental limitations and pushes me to think beyond the boundaries. I always feel rejuvenated physically and mentally after a session with Elias.

How has Elias impacted your personal life after working with him?

Elias has changed my outlook towards working out. I have learned from him that the process of keeping fit is a way of life. I learned the importance of training and eating right to revive my muscles, keep my body and mind strong and fit. I have incorporated his teachings in my daily life and impart the same to my family’s well-being.
